The Mystery of Angels: Biblical Protocol

What has happened that today the church generally steers away from the supernatural dimension, from the role and reality of angels in God’s kingdom? Why are there so many fears of being misled, of false doctrines, of worshiping angels? How then can we safeguard ourselves from misconceptions and misleadings?

The safeguard in all these matters has always been, and will always be intimacy with the Lord Jesus Christ. As we encounter the Lord Jesus in a personal relationship, He begins to open up His world to us, and that includes the activities of angels.
Visitations, visions, dreams and spiritual encounters are all a wonderful part of our inheritance in Christ. Without the precious Lord Jesus as our main focus though, these are all as nothing. In all our seeking, let Christ be first. The salvation of mankind is still His first passion today. He gave His life on the cross for it.

Having said that, in the season before us, as the workings of wickedness increase, I believe we are about to become more aware of the host of heaven, their rankings, their operations and how God uses them in executing His plans and purposes on earth.
